Oculus Rift DK2 is sold out

It is officially no longer possible to order an Oculus Rift DK2! Since last week the site of Oculus displays a “SOLD OUT” message at the order page.

To all owners of a beautiful Oculus Rift DK2: congratulations, you have now a collector’s item! The end of sales for the Oculus Rift DK2 is probably a sign the launch of the CV1 is very close. Looking back at 2014: the end of the DK1 and start of the preorders for the DK2 took only one month! The nerve braking moments has arrived, would this be a presage to the CV1? When will it be availble?! At what price will the CV1 will be sold, are the specs really the same as the last engineering sample and what games will launch with the CV1.
