NoLimits 2 Roller Coaster Simulator

What did you like most of the theme park simulators Rollercoaster Tycoon and Theme Park? If your answer is building rollercoasters, then I have an amazing game for you! NoLimits 2 Roller Coaster Simulator is the ultimate building sim! It has everything you could imagine, even support for the Oculus Rift, so you can ride your own coaster after building it! It’s just amazing how real everything look and feels.

But the really professional simulator has also a downside. It’s not easy to build your own coaster, it’s real hard actually. You need to be a diehard fan to bite true this. On the internet are a lot of tutorials you can follow, but still don’t count on building one of your own without proper training.

The game is split into two modes: an editor and a play mode. In the editor you can build your own coaster. This is the hard part, but fans of simulators can get unlimited fun here. You can build every coaster you could ever wish for. There are a lot of different types of coasters you can choose from. Some examples: Corkscrew coaster, Bobsled, 4D Coasters, wooden coasters, motor cycle coasters, launch coasters, etc., etc. When starting you build from different views. It’s not like for example Rollercoaster Tycoon where you edit the coaster directly, here you change views. To start building Top view is best, you can place a Start vertex, when you want to lift up, you can change the view to right or left and add vertex. To check the coaster you can use the perspective mode, but don’t expect to see the coaster. You can add and design endless coasters, terrains and scenery’s. The most fun I had was riding one. Especially with the Oculus Rift this is amazing. The game auto detects the Oculus Rift and you can enter Play mode (the editor is not supported). When you do you can check out quite a few coasters. Double click one and start the environment.  You can walk around, the game recognized my Xbox One controller automatically. To jump into the coaster just press E. It’s an amazing experience, but after riding five coasters you really need to take a break (motion/vr sickness). This game/simulator is a ton of fun! If you are not that much of a builder, you can always download an ride one or just edit the better ones ;).
